How long do I have to return an item after I've received it?

Bikes in new condition can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, and 30 days for all other gear. Conditions and fee's may apply, please see below for full details!

Bicycles can be returned or exchanged (in store) within 14 days of delivery or receipt, with potential shipping and restocking fees. Gear can also be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receipt. If your bike or item was a special order, it may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and all closeout equipment and apparel are final sale items and cannot be returned. Please note that original receipts are required for all refunds, and for returns without one, we may issue store credit at our discretion.
