We offer free FedEx ground shipping for orders above $49 within the contiguous US. Orders under $49 have a flat rate of $9 for shipping, and wire bead tires ship for a flat fee of $20 due to the size package they must be shipped in.
If you live outside of the contiguous US or would like to have your order expedited, please contact us directly at info@mikesbikes.com for an accurate shipping quote. Provide as much order information as possible, such as manufacturer SKU, zip code, state, etc.
Certain exclusions apply: cargo bikes, tandem bikes, and wire bead tires do not qualify for free shipping due to size. Cannondale, Santa Cruz, Cervelo, Gazelle, Pivot, and *other bikes ship for FREE, but there will be a $79 Gold Label Assembly added at checkout (reg. $100). This fee covers professional bike build and re-packaging by our certified Wheelsmith technicians.
Unfortunately, this fee can not be waived under any circumstances. Manufacturer agreements only permit a limited number of bikes to be shipped in their original factory boxes. Additionally, warranty terms stipulate that professional assembly is required, therefore, shipping them in the factory box is not possible. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Please note that some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges because of size and weight. If this is the case with your order, we will notify you first for your approval.
Need help with assembly?
Bicycles with Gold Label Assembly are fully assembled and adjusted by qualified technicians at our distribution center prior to shipment. Certain components (wheels, seat posts, pedals, handlebars) are disassembled for transport. As a result, the customer must assemble these on the bicycle after receipt of the bicycle with the aid of the information and tools supplied and the videos provided by us in part on our website or, if necessary, by contacting our sales support agents at 866-600-2453.
