While we do our best to pack and ship all orders in such a way that they arrive free of any damage, unfortunately accidents can happen during transit. If you do receive something with unexpected damage, please reach out as soon as possible and let us know. We'll ask you to send us an email with detailed photos of the damage to the item and any damage to the packaging to. We're here to assist you with either a replacement item or a no-charge return label, depending on your preference.
