What does special order mean?

A special order is when the item you're purchasing is not one we have in our own inventory and needs to be ordered from the vendor.

A special order is exactly that: an item we don't have in stock and need to order from one of our vendors specifically for you. Since these items typically come from an external entity, please allow some extra time for their arrival. Special order items usually take 2-3 weeks to get if they're in stock with the vendor, but it may take longer. Feel free to inquire about an estimated time of arrival (ETA) when placing your order. Additionally, please note that since these items may not be regularly stocked, returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
