  2. Order status & Information

Why was only one bike delivered, while I ordered two?

Sometimes, multi-piece shipments may not arrive simultaneously, but there's no need to worry! Your order was either shipped under one master tracking number or split between different fulfillment locations. Keep reading for further details.

One master tracking number

If we shipped you multiple packages under one master tracking number, you can use the link we sent in your email shipping confirmation to track the other package(s). If you use the link from the confirmation, it will take you to the carrier’s website, and you’ll be able to view the status of each package under the multi-piece shipment tab (pictured below is an example of FedEx).

The green status bar indicates delivery, while the purple shows a package waiting to be delivered.

From here, you will be able to see which package(s) has been delivered, and where the other package(s) are in their journey. Please note that other carrier’s portals may not look identical, but the practice will be similar.

Split shipment

If we had to split the shipment to be fulfilled from multiple locations, you will have received a confirmation email for each shipment, as well as which items were shipped on each one. These respective emails will have different links to unique tracking information that will allow you to see when each shipment is set to arrive.
