Sometimes, you might receive a tracking number before our carrier picks up your order. This means that your tracking number may not give you any information right away. Please allow 24-48 hours after receiving your order shipment notification for tracking information to populate.
If your tracking number has stopped updating, it is simply due to a small delay in the delivery, or a delay in the tracking system registering the parcel’s progress. We recommend checking the tracking number again 12-24 hours later.
