Can I bring my shipped bike to one of your stores for service if I am located nearby?

We love our customer who make purchases via our website, but it is always valuable to have a good relationship with one of our stores should you need assistance with anything.

Absolutely! Whether you purchased your bike from mikesbikes.com or in-store, our stores are here to help.

Whether you’ve just received your bike and want to bring it in for some adjustments, or you’ve had your bike for some time and it needs attention, we’re happy to accommodate.

Additionally, if your bike was purchased within 90 days, you are also eligible to purchase one of our 5 Year Maintenance Plans. These plans cover an incredible amount of routine service over the first five years of ownership!
