Can you price match another website?

At Mike’s Bikes, we’re committed to offering competitive pricing on the brands we carry. If you find the same item at a lower price from an authorized retailer, we’ll do our best to match it.

What Qualifies for a Price Match:

To be eligible, the item must meet the following criteria:

• Identical item (same brand, model, size, and color)
• In stock and available to ship from an authorized U.S. retailer
• Price must be publicly advertised (no private offers)

How to Request a Price Match:

To request a price match, please provide:

• A link to the competitor’s product page
• Proof of the advertised price
• Product details (size, color, etc.)

You can submit your request:

• Before purchase (recommended), or
• Within 30 days of your purchase

Exclusions:

The following items and situations are not eligible for price matching:

• Clearance, open-box, refurbished, or used items
• Auction sites or third-party marketplaces (e.g., eBay, Amazon sellers)
• Pricing errors or misprints
• Bundle offers, gift cards, or promotional add-ons
• Labor, services, or custom builds
• We reserve the right to decline price match requests that would result in pricing below our cost or violate manufacturer pricing policies.

• We reserve the right to verify pricing and retailer eligibility
• Price matches are issued at the discretion of Mike’s Bikes
• Approved price matches may be provided as a refund or adjustment to the original form of payment
