Do you offer exchanges instead of a return?

While we don’t have an automated way for processing exchanges instead of refunds for shipped products, we have some tips to make the process as smooth as possible.

Follow the steps below to initiate an exchange for your shipped product:

  • Step 1: Fill out our online return request form for the item you want to return or exchange. Our team will then follow up with further instructions.
  • Step 2: You must then place a new order for the item you wish to swap to.
  • Step 3: Send back the item you don't want to keep. Once we receive it, we'll process it as a return and refund the original order amount to the applicable payment method.

Special circumstances:

If your original order was made during a promotion or you have other unique circumstances, feel free to reach out to us directly. We can assist in making sure the price of your replacement item matches your original purchase.

In-store exchange (if applicable):

If you're located near one of our store locations, we can more easily accommodate an exchange. As long as the item being returned qualifies under our return policy, simply bring it into the store. Our staff will assist in facilitating the exchange, depending on inventory availability.
