How can I have a gift card sent directly to the recipient, including eGift Cards?

For eGift Cards, you can choose to enter either your own email address or the recipient’s when checking out:

  • If you enter your own email address, you will receive the order confirmation email immediately and you will receive the email with the card number once the order is processed (within 24 hours). You would then need to forward the email with the card number to the recipient.
  • Alternatively, you can enter the recipient's email address when completing the order. In this case, they will receive both emails, the order confirmation as well as the card itself. Additionally if needing to look up the purchase of the gift card in the future, the sale will be recorded under the recipient's customer profile.
For physical gift cards, we recommend entering the recipient's physical shipping address and then using your personal information for the email as well as the billing address. This way you will be able to keep track of the order and receive the tracking number once the card ships out.
