How do I get warranty service if I don't live near one of your locations?

Warranty considerations can vary among different manufacturers. As the original owner of the bike or product purchased from Mike’s Bikes, you will have all applicable warranties for your product.

Most manufacturers will require a product to be inspected in person by an authorized retailer to determine if a warranty claim is applicable. This typically involves visiting a local bike shop that is a dealer of the specific product. We can provide you with a PDF receipt for your purchase, which you can bring with you as your original proof of purchase.

For many components and electrical systems on bikes that we carry, warranties can be processed by local bike shops that carry the brand of the component, even if they are unrelated to the manufacturer of the bike itself. Again, we can provide you with a PDF receipt for your purchase as your original proof of purchase.

If there are no bike shops within a reasonable distance to assist you, please let us know, and we can help work with you and the manufacturer toward a solution.
