How do I return my item?

Requesting a return is easy! Once we get your items back, we'll process a refund less any return shipping costs.

If your bike or item is still in like-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and accessories, you can initiate the return process through this link: Returns Center.

Once you've submitted your return request, our returns team will provide a return label if requested. Upon receiving the bike or item, we'll issue the refund. Please note, the cost of the return label will be deducted from the overall refund if we provided one.
