I live in AK or HI - Why does it say my address is invalid? / Can e-bikes be shipped to these states?

We can ship most products to Alaska and Hawaii, with a few exceptions and with custom shipping. Read on to learn more about how we can make this happen!

For any shipment we make to Hawaii or Alaska, we will need to generate a custom shipping quote. Our standard shipping method offered on mikesbikes.com is FedEx Ground, which does not service these locations. Please get in touch with a list of the items you're interested in purchasing and your shipping address, and we'll then create a shipping quote for you. If it's an amount you want to proceed with, we'll send you an invoice by email, like a custom shopping cart, which you can use to checkout and where the custom shipping costs are already entered.

If you are interested in purchasing an e-bike from us, there are some further restrictions on shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. All e-bikes fall under hazmat shipping restrictions and cannot be shipped via air. Therefore, we must request a quote to ship them on a boat via a freight forwarder. We are still willing to look into this option, but please keep in mind that these shipping options have a higher price and a longer time frame than standard shipping.
