I paid for your Wheelsmith Assembly, why did my bike arrive in a box? What should I do?

Don’t panic! Before your bike was put in that box, it was professionally assembled and finely tuned by our excellent build crew. It has been partially disassembled and carefully packaged for shipping, so that it reaches you with minimal effort required to get it ready before riding. Need help with the reassembly?
