I wasn't aware of the 30-day return policy, and now we're past that window. Can I still return the item?

As stated in our return policy, bicycles may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery or receiving. Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery or receiving. After this window has passed, we’re unable to accept items for a full cash refund.
