Very few bikes are permitted by the manufacturer to be shipped in their factory boxes, and the terms of warranties require professional assembly, so we are not able to ship your bike unassembled. However, wouldn’t it be better for peace of mind and manufacturer warranty coverage to have us put the bike together for you so when you receive it, there is almost no delay for excitement? It's the best of both worlds for one low price.
It’s way more fun to receive a bike that’s been assembled and tuned to perfection. With our industry-leading Wheelsmith Gold Label Assembly (GLA), we take care of the expert work for you. That means you don’t have to be a rocket surgeon or lose a precious day of riding while your local bike mechanic puts it together. Also, it gives peace of mind to the rider knowing a professional assembled the bike.
Our skilled technicians unpack and assemble your bike, tune it to perfection, then very carefully re-package and ship it to your front door. All the hard work is done, all you have to do is put a few parts back together. When you receive it, simply follow the instructions in our short assembly video and take it outside for that magical first bonding moment. This process should be “box-to-bike lane” in 15 minutes.
