If I order a bike, can I exchange any parts before you ship it?

Having your new bike arrive with the components you like is always great, just let us know if you'd like to upgrade parts and we'll help get you sorted out!

We're more than happy to assist with basic component swaps. Please note that we do not provide credit for removed parts, so you'll need to purchase the part you wish to swap in. We can then install it for a small labor charge and include the original part in the package. Whether it's a dropper post installation, cassette swap, or adjusting stem and handlebars, we're here to help. Let us know your requirements, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
