What should I do if my bike or product arrives damaged?

While we do our best to ensure items are packed in such a way that they arrive safely, sometimes damage can happen. When it does, please reach out to us and we will make sure a solution is found.

People aren’t the only ones who get road rash. Please inspect your package upon arrival. If a shipment arrives with obvious shipping damage, please inspect the product inside. If you discover damage, please refuse delivery and contact info@mikesbikes.com. Please provide your name, order number, and shipping address to inform us that you have refused the shipment.

If you find damage after accepting delivery, please save all boxes, packing materials and paperwork – do not throw anything away. Please take photos of all damaged materials and send them, along with your name, order number and shipping address, to info@mikesbikes.com
