I didn't finish the transaction but my loyalty points are gone. What happened?

If you applied loyalty points to your cart but didn't complete the transaction, your points are now in the form of a coupon code and will no longer be visible. Here's how to get your points back!

The quickest way to view your points again is to sign in to your online account by clicking on the ‘Rewards’ widget in the lower left section of your screen. From there, simply click the small icon resembling a person, select “History”, and then click ‘Cancel coupon’ next to the rewards code that redeemed your points from your account.

For a more detailed explanation:

Step 1:

Make sure you are signed in to your Mike’s Bikes account. You can do this by clicking either the blue widget ‘Rewards’ in the lower left corner of your screen or the person icon in the upper right.

Step 2:

After you are logged in, you will be able to see your account overview. There will be an icon that looks like a small person in the upper right.

Step 3

Once you click on the person icon, a drop-down menu will appear with the options ‘Profile’ and ‘History’. Click on ‘History’ to move to the next page. 

Step 4:

The history page displays every point transaction that has occurred under your account, including points that have been added, subtracted, or coupon codes generated. To return your points to your account, simply click on the section that says ‘Cancel coupon’. This action will make your points available for use again.
