Why can't I log in after placing an order?

Thank you for your order with Mike’s Bikes! Now would be a great time to set up your own account on our site. By doing so, you’ll be able to log in, view your orders, and use your rewards points earned from both in-store and online purchases. Follow these steps to get started and logged in!

Step 1:

If you’re using a desktop browser, navigate to the top right corner of mikesbikes.com and click on the person icon located to the left of the magnifying glass icon.

If you’re using a mobile device, click on the list icon located at the top right corner of the page, to the right of the magnifying glass icon. Within the options presented, you'll find a link to 'Log in' at the bottom left. Click on this option to proceed.

Step 2:

Once on the login page, click on the link “Create account” that is located below the blue “SIGN IN” option. 

Follow the prompts to enter your name, phone number, and email address. Make sure to use the same email address that you used to place any previous or current orders through mikesbikes.com.

Step 3:

Once your password is created, you can repeat the process from Step 1 and log in using your new password. If you have placed multiple orders in-store or online using different email addresses, please contact support to have them merged into your newly created customer account.
