Using your Loyalty Points on an invoice sent to you by a member of the Mike’s Bikes Team is easy! Simply let the in-store sales associate you are working with know that you would like to use them, or reach out to our Sales Support team by emailing info@mikesbikes.com. We can manually subtract the points from your order total, leaving you the balance to pay with our many payment options.
Step 1:
As the invoice (cart) sent to you has a different web URL than the cart your loyalty points code was generated for, you must have them manually deducted from your account and subtracted from your order by our online support team. However, taking care of this is easy! First, decide how many points you would like to use.
Step 2:
If you are in a retail store, inform a sales associate that you want to use your points with your purchase. For online orders, email info@mikesbikes.com with the amount of points you would like to use. Your available points will be listed on the blue widget in the lower left corner of your screen, when logged into your account on MikesBikes.com.
Step 3:
Once notified, a Mike's Bikes team member will manually discount the points from your account and email you with an updated cart (invoice) to pay your balance. Please be sure to confirm the new total is correct and that the correct amount of points has been applied to your total.
Step 4:
Pay the balance through one of our many payment methods. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is complete.
