Why didn't my bike come with an owner's manual?

We include every small part and all documentation that is sent to us with the bike. If yours didn't have a manual, it's more than likely because that specific vendor chose to put their manuals online. This is a more environmentally friendly practice, you’ll never lose them, and they are always readily available, wherever you are.
