Why does my order not come up in the return center?

When filing a return request, please be sure to enter the order number exactly as it appears on your order confirmation email or the packing slip you received with your order.

Our return center is sensitive to the formatting of order numbers. If your order was edited prior to shipping, it may alter the order number format by adding characters like "-A, -B, -C, etc."

For accurate processing, please check your shipping confirmation email or pack slip to verify the exact order number as it was shipped to you. If the order number includes additional characters, such as a dash and a letter, please ensure to enter them in the order number field in the returns center.
