Will I be notified when you receive my item from the manufacturer?

We typically are not sent notification on when items ship from manufacturers. We do our best to provide accurate ETA's when items need to be ordered, but please reach out with any questions!

Unfortunately, the manufacturers we work with do not notify us when a bike ships from their warehouse to ours. However, please rest assured that your order is being processed with as much expediency as possible. 

Once we receive your special order bike and have it ready to ship out to you, you’ll receive a confirmation email from Mike’s Bikes with a FedEx tracking number.
