Do you offer free returns?

While there are some exceptions, return shipping is not free, though we're happy to provide a label at our cost which will typically be less expensive than shipping it yourself. Please see below for more details!

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns in like-new condition.

Return and exchange windows

  • Bikes may be returned within 14 days of delivery or receiving.
  • Gear may be returned within 30 days of delivery or receiving.
We do not offer exchanges online. Please submit your return and place a new order.

 

Return shipping

Original shipping and assembly charges are non-refundable. Any applicable return shipping and restocking fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Eligible gear — We offer prepaid USPS and FedEx return labels within the contiguous U.S. If you use one of our labels, we’ll deduct the label cost from your refund.
  • Complete non-electric kids’ bikes with 24-inch wheels or smaller — A flat return shipping fee of $50 includes a prepaid return label.
  • All other complete non-electric bikes — A flat return shipping fee of $99 includes a prepaid return label.
  • Complete electric bikes — A flat return shipping fee of $149 includes a prepaid return label.
  • Oversized items, including cargo bikes — You’re responsible for the full cost of return shipping.

We ship replacement items for exchanges free of charge.

Restocking fees

A restocking fee may apply if an item shows significant signs of use or wear, has visible damage, or is missing components. This includes damage caused by improper packaging during return shipping. We’ll assess the item’s condit


Damaged Items:

People aren’t the only ones who get road rash. Shipping and assembly costs will be refunded if you receive an item that is defective or damaged. If you find the damage after accepting delivery, please save all boxes, packing materials and paperwork – don’t throw anything away – and immediately email us at info@mikesbikes.com.
