While there are some exceptions, return shipping is not free, though we're happy to provide a label at our cost which will typically be less expensive than shipping it yourself. Please see below for more details!

If you return a bike or gear, we'll deduct the cost of return shipping and any applicable restocking fees from your refund.
- Bicycles may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Gear may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
Shipping and assembly fees are non-refundable for both outbound and return shipments. If the item you are returning originally shipped for free, we will refund your payment less the shipping cost.
While this may seem excessive, it covers all costs associated with returning a bicycle, including inspection, labor, warehouse handling, paperwork, and depreciation. However, we gladly ship exchanged orders free of charge.
Damaged Items:
People aren’t the only ones who get road rash. Shipping and assembly costs will be refunded if you receive an item that is defective or damaged. If you find the damage after accepting delivery, please save all boxes, packing materials and paperwork – don’t throw anything away – and immediately email us at info@mikesbikes.com.
