What's the status of my order?

Your order status can be found by viewing your account on our website, or by viewing your order confirmation email! Having trouble with those? Here's how to find the information.

To view your order status, you can click on the order number when logged into your account on mikesbikes.com. If you have trouble logging in or haven't yet created an account and password, we have some instructions here: Why can't I log in after placing an order?

Alternatively, you can open your order confirmation email, which was sent when you completed your order, to view your order details and status.
